About Me

Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Katrina Fulluck and the founder of Retail Bright Consulting.

I set up this consultancy to support emerging beauty brands build relationships, develop their businesses internationally and reach their strategic ambitions.

I have over 15 years’ experience in the Beauty industry primarily within high profile UK retail buying functions, where I have worked most recently as the Head of Beauty Buying at ASOS.com. Prior to this I worked at Space NK and Harrods.

My background has given me the opportunity to work with hundreds if not thousands of beauty brands from mass to luxury across every beauty category globally, so I understand that each and every one is unique and needs a very bespoke treatment in order to set it up for success.

Throughout my career I have had the privilege of building a very cross functional skill set and an expansive global network which would be a complimentary extension to your business. My specialist skills include business development, building relationships, strategy & vision, negotiation, sales growth, business operations, trend forecasting, commercial set ups and many more. I am a solutions orientated individual and adaptable to support your business in achieving its goals.
